A Winemaker Dinner

We are delighted to invite Lester Family Cellars to La Dolce Vita 1901.
Lester Family Cellars celebrates love, family, and handcrafted, small batch wine.
Thursday September 19th at 6:30 pm

Our evening begins downstairs in the 1901 Speakeasy, the very popular new bar, for Antipasto and the first tasting of Lester Family Cellars’ sneak release - the newest Chardonnay.

Following, we will move upstairs to the restaurant. There we will pair wines with an original 4 course menu created just for this event by chef-extraordinaire and owner, Michelle Kenney.

 

Antipasto
Rosemary flatbread with grapes, gorgonzola, and honey.
Paired with Lester Chardonnay

Insalata
Shaved fennel salad topped with Prosciutto di Parma tossed with Viognier and pear ambrosia vinaigrette.
Paired with 2018 Viognier Paso Robles

Primo Piatto
Grilled eggplant and deep flavored slow roasted red pepper involtini stuffed with herbed ricotta cheese bundles and tied with chives, served atop capellini nest with local extra virgin olive oil and basil and finished with a drizzle of aged balsamic.
Paired with 2014 Paso Robles Syrah

Secondo
Pork Loin stuffed with asiago, porcini and bread crumbs drizzled with red wine reduction, roasted red potatoes smashed with garlic, and asparagus perfectly grilled with lemon & sage buerre blanc.
Paired with 2016 Syrah Paso Robles

Dolce
Chocolate Cabernet spice cakes topped with berry compote and maple whipped cream.
Paired with NV Primativo Paso Robles


$75 per person (tax and gratuity not included). Deposit holds your reservation. No refunds after September 14, but tickets are transferrable. Vegetarian options available on request.
